The privacy of our clients is extremely important to us and in order to comply with the new 2018 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we have taken additional steps to ensure that your personal data is protected at all times.

When you book a photo session with Lisa Visser Photography we will make a note of your contact details such as name (including the name or names of those participating in the shoot), email address, phone number, and physical address. It is our policy to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of this information and your details will never be used for anything other than the purpose for which they were provided – to carry out the photographic services from start to finish for which we have been engaged. To this end we make sure your personal data, whether stored digitally or on paper, is kept safely and securely at all times. Furthermore, your details will never be disclosed or passed onto third parties for any reason unless required by law.

Very occasionally we like to write to past and current clients with details about new products, services, and promotions we can offer that may be of interest to you; or general updates about Lisa Visser Fine Art Photography. We will contact you before your session or speak to you during your session to ask if you would like to receive these updates. If you agree and then at a later date change your mind there is no problem – just let us know in writing and we will remove your contact details from our database. We would then only keep basic data such as your name so we can still identify you for administrative purposes, i.e. business accounting or re-orders.
